Cruce Coffee Company is a Panamanian company that offers Panamanian specialty encapsulated coffee from the best farms in Chiriquí in capsules compatible with original Nespresso® machines.
We offer coffee selection, cupping, roasting and encapsulation services. We also hold educational and/or corporate events around coffee, tastings and samplings. Our mission is to inspire commercial coffee consumers to cross over to a new dimension of experiences and flavors that are present in Panamanian specialty coffee.
We make this possible by facilitating access to the best coffees in Panama by packaging them in the most innovative and convenient ways available in the industry. Panamanian coffee is recognized as one of the best in the world, so we consider it valuable that more and more Panamanians and consumers in general know about it and have it within their reach in a convenient way, without sacrificing quality. The capsule format allows us to offer different varieties and processes of coffee, from various farms in Chiriquí, with different roasting levels, without the need for a trained barista to prepare them.
In addition, the fact that we receive the coffees directly from the producers, having the roaster and the encapsulator in our facilities, allows us to have quality control, better inventory management, and to highlight the value of traceability, which is extremely important to us within the coffee industry.
